Summer Challenge: A Better Life

Some small lifestyle changes to help lead a happier and healthier life! 🙂

  • Drink more water (four bottles a day)
  • Sleep properly (seven hours)

  • Have a cup of green tea (preferably in the morning)
  • Eat breakfast
  • Eat smaller portions
  • Eliminate soft drinks (and if you’re really feeling adventurous, all processed and fast foods)
  • Keep up with my dental hygiene (brush two times a day + mouth wash)
  • Do at least 20 minutes of cardio a day
  • Stop eating after eight PM
  • Read a little
